Job in car audio?

Aight well i got offered a job in the car audio department in futureshop, obviously the thought crossed my mine, they pay 12 bucks a hour (full time) plus a commision % of the products you sell. Now, being as if you are an employee, you get all products at cost + 10% which is cool but still overpriced //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

After taking everything into consideration, the good money (for my age and situatiosn), the slightly less overpriced not so amazing merchandise, and the abundance of hot chicks that work there, i leave my conclusion to you fine people.

Am i going to get sick of caraudio fast if i take this job?

I mean caraudio is supposed to be a hobby, at best an obsession, but if i live caraudio am i gonna get sick of it?

It's a hobby.

I don't know of too many installers or car audio salemen that are happy, to be honest.

In fact, most of them I know - hate it.

So long as you don't make it your LIFE, and intend to move on, I can see it...

i'd say go for it. if u get sick of it quit but keep ur audio stuff. it'll be a learning experience. i would love to have car audio job.

I am an installer at an audio shop..i love my job, and am still into car audio..

Going into a shop with your MECP bronze at least gives you a much better fighting chance.

I install almost everyday whether it be one of our show cars or a customers car....and I never ever get sick of it.

Then again maybe i'm just obssesed
