danny hays has 1 18" DD and world records of 174+ on the TL meter

JL could never come close to that.

kinda comparing apple to oranges there. DD has a couple spl woofers in there line up, JL does not. If hes going with jl go with w6's, if not id say go DD

I hate jl jus because of tehre fanboys, but u cant put down tehre prodcuts, they are consistently good. A lil on the pricey side but still good.

whats the retail on w7's like 900 right, louisiana, how much do you think you would have to spend on DD's to hit a 152, not dd amps because those are expensive

I just use standard ported boxes...nothing fancy.....and my scores speak for them selves....on street beat...i did the 151.7 playing music on two DD 3510's and two Incriminator 20.1's....

I would have to see that, i dont have a whole bunch of experience with DD, but i have heard the 3500's and 9500's, but i have seen god knows how many w7's, the only decent shop around here, one of their installers has one 9510, on a orion2500, and i absolutly blows away the 13.5 w7, now i am sure that the w7 wasnt in the best box, what were the specs of him being louder with the w7, were they same power, same box?
