I would actually do the opposite since Truck builds can be tricky . Tell buck your vechicle, where you want the subs mounted, listening goals, power range, and then ask him what he recommends for the space you have available.

That's alot better of a method then "I bought this sub, try to make the box fit/work"

I hit him up. He gave me an absolutely not on the W6 so looks like a 12w7 is our winner here lol. Thanks everyone for the replies.
 
Have a setup for sale if interested. JL 12W7 in a vented enclosure (top of the line), JL RD 1000 watt amp to push it..cost me 2000 I'd sell for 1200

A company here wanted $800 to build a box for a single 15" sub. And I even gave them the schematics of the box. I built it myself for about $200.

The 750 will give you better control at higher volumes as you won't be reaching clipping as soon..
