Pretty decent amplifiers. They are owned by JL Audio.

You need to consider if you will have enough space for three of those subwoofers. Also you need think about what imepedance subwoofers you have. If you purchased two 4ohm 12w1's, then it won't work since that amplifier is only 2ohm stable. You would need to have the 8ohm version of those subwoofers in order to power three of them from that amplifier (for a final load of 2.667ohm).

And then with that final 2.667ohm load, you'd receive about 375w out of that amplifier, giving each sub ~125w RMS. Which they should do pretty nicely off of.
