I am running a setup which includes two 6x9's, four 6.5" mid-range and two tweets to compliment my 12w7 on a 1000/1. Which am is better for my mids and highs the 300/4 or the e6450?

the 300/4 by far, the slash amps are regulated, have a better d to n and damping factor, also the 300/4 will compliment the 1000/1 the e series will look out of place

X2 why the hell would u even ask a question like that... Ummm whats better a $500 regulated underrated amp or a $200 overrated amp..???
