mtx ta7402 v. kicker 250.2

I read up and couldnt find much on the mtx ta7402 so I thought id get some input from you guys. Im lookin for a new amp for my components which are the mtx tx6001. Between the mtx ta7402 and kicker 250.2 what do you guys think would be best. Right now theyre just running on a dual xaf460 so just about anything will be better. Its just the matter of deciding what.

MTX:

100 watts RMS x 2 at 4 ohms, 200 watts x 2 at 2 ohms, 300 watts x 2 at 1 ohm

400 watts RMS x 2 bridged output at 4 ohms, 600 watts x 2 bridged output at 2 ohms

Kicker

125x2 watts RMS x 2 at 2 ohm steroe, 250 watts a 4 ohm bridged.

Does the kicker do 85W x 2 @ 4 Ohms as well?
