JL 10W7 in HO box HOLE can I fix it?

Price is lowered to $250 now, I was told in another posting that is just a dust cap and some epoxy will fix it, is that true?

I mean to me spending $250 I want something that is worth while, dont have t0o worry about getting fixed, and nice looking/sounding.

So for 250 there are definately a lot better choices out there that would make you just as happy, if not happier

So let you tell us what is more important SQ or SPL, how many watts you are giving it, and budget

As far as I know, that cone is just a on top of the actual **** of the W7. Its mainly for cosmetics. I have seen people take them off before and the sub works fine. I say go for it.

I know if you send it to JL its like 300+ for a recone on a w7....I would just buy another one and try to sell that one for cheap....sorry

I own JL products..but 300 to recone a W7...**** that man. Just buy another like he said.
