ended up not working on the build yesterday,,,,
but today,,,, woke up at 1030, started making the mounting rings for the tweeters and mids, then my nig said how the **** are two of these seleniums and 2 of the mids gonna fit in each door with these bases??
i said shit
then i had a magic idea!
make a tweeter pod for 2 of the st200's for rear fill to attack whoever sits in the back!!!
so we built the fastest set of tweeter pods ever.
4 hours including drying times. mixed up very very hot batches of resin and git errr did!
used two pannyhoses for the mold. no rips, tears or anything. came out great
after resin!

that dryed up in less than 1 and a half hours. an uber hot batch of resin
then matted up, 2 layers even though it does need it
excess trimmed
the ping beer pong table getting violated agian
touched up the tweeter pods a lil, then mounted on the box with deck screws and strips of thick gasket for no rattles and greatness
our first tests 30 minutes ago conclude that it sounds SICK sitting the front seats,, love it
rear seats,,,
you better like highs in your face hahah
will have them sanded filled and painted or vinyled when the door pods get finished, which will b a while, all that is done are the bases
