JBL MS-8 help

I just realized that when I cut the front speaker wires from my factory amp to feed the MS-8 they were twisted. Could this be the Issue? I didn't cheap out on speaker wire by any means but the NVX is not twisted. I plan on sending an email soon. I'm still poking around in other forums. It says that the MS-8 has great noise canceling abilities...

I also tried to switch the input on the MS-8 from Head unit meaning my speaker level inputs. to AUX there's nothing plugged into to aux but the noise is still there.

I wish i could just get rid of the MS-8 but the whole reason i got it was for factory integration.

Well I sent the MS-8 to JBL right after this and they have also agreed the MS-8 is defective. Good, but it's been over 2 weeks since I've sent it out and I'm still system-less //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I called and entered my return number and it said we will be shipping your replacement unit "shortly" so I sent an email and got a response 3 days later saying 7-14 business days. I'm glad they are replacing my unit but they are extremely slow.
