I can look at the arc for a few seconds, but that's all. I like looking at it though. A few weeks ago I was getting headers installed at a muffler shop and there was a Chevelle getting an exhaust put on...well the arc happened to reflect off the chrome tip which reflected off the chrome bumper...right into my eyes. I was blind for a few seconds after that. But I kept watching...haha
