wasn't sure if my box would fit but it barely did. doesn't have the lid on it yet so i think i might just put the lid on it when its in the trunk lol. heres how it looks going to make some nice amp racks to match and secure it with some L brackets. ik right. it got stuck and i was like SH*T!!!! lol then i turned it and pretty much dropped it sub hole down and turned it in then put my shoulder into it and it went in lol. the b*tch was taking it back out to put in my old box and the sub until i get the wood for the new box lol

3.5 cubes. double walled. 32 by 22 by 16.5 f*cker is heavy!!!!

I was asking the same thing in one of his threads about building it. I even pointed out that is was a complete waste of material and such. Howe well to late now..

At least it fit, now you have to put the top on inside the car.

i can totally understand the double wall if you are gonna run 5k+ to a sub in that box or burp 10-15k.

You probably won't have any ill effects from over-building on a box. Looks pretty solid.

Unless your overbuilding takes away space or something you will normally never have a negative reaction from "over building". Just with things like this case, it would have slide in with no issues with the top on if it was a single layer is all.
