Is this Kinetik battery done?

So, I bought a used Kinetik 3800 last night off a local forum. I specifically offered and was able to purchase for less just because of what my current dilemma is.

Resting voltage on dudes garage floor was 12.4 volts (unsure if he had it on a charger prior to my arrival or not)

I got home, threw it in the truck. Was gonna run it main battery, but its massive and wouldn't fit anywhere in the engine bay. So i decided to run dual and put it in the back.

Noticed there was 0 improvement in voltage drop or sound quality.

Took it inside, hooked it up to a charger. It said it was at 40%.

Let it charge for a few hours, said it was at 14.4 volts, 100% charge , unplugged it.

Went out to it this morning in the garage (out of vehicle) and its sitting around 11.5 volts.

Reconnected it to the charger, it says its at 20% charge now.

Is this thing done? ?

Figured id also add, i have a charger that charges at 12v at either 10, 20, or 30 amps?

Which one do I use?

Also, I can hear things inside it, like... the gel moving around, almost bubbling but not. I don't know

U dont wana charge a agm with anything that high i use 2amp ..and make sure the charger has a agm mode ..take it to auto zone or parts store and get it load tested its free..id be willing to bet its fried

K guys, read thru the replies.

The battery was in the garage on the floor upon my arrival, no clue of where and how it was stored previously.

Just hoping its not bunk, nobody likes wasting money.

So, after charging fully, what should resting voltage be, and how long should it hold the given voltage, prior to install in a vehicle?

I'd get the battery completely charged. Remove battery from charger and let it sit over night. Most agm battery's I have seen will rest at 12.6 - 13.0 volts. Someone recommended charging at 2 amps. I have found that to be effective for me.
