for 6x8,6x9 even.. id look into getting either infinity/jbl/or polks..for mainstreem speakers..other than that may look into massive...components are much better if you can swing the extra cash..if not..i recommend 2ways

Could you recommend me a pair of 6x8's that are no more then $60? Also should i just buy a pair for the front and not the back? Then i could spend $120 on a nice set rather than $60 on 2 sets?

I was trying to put a pic up here..lol but any ways..looking at the same sight, the Powerbass 2xl-6802 look like pretty good reviews, along within your price range also..there are some rockford that are 100rms in same price range also, but looks as though the powerbass reviews are supperior compared too, from sonic

True but its only one review =/. The polks and hifonics i posted have like 20 4 star review vs the 1 5 star of the powerbass. But if you say its better than ill get it you know more than me

looking at the hifonics specs. and polk, and pb.looks like hifonics look pretty good to,will go lower, and handle more rms too, second pb,then polks..all three look good

Ya there alright tbh. Sound good at lower volumes but not too great when turned up real loud. could of course be my crap HU.

It's a combination of your crap head unit, crap signal setup, and crap amp. Oh, and your crap speakers. And most likely crap install. And crap gain as crossover settings.

Umm i think it might have been you you suggested me buying this amp? Someone on this forum anyways. How do you know i have crap gain settings?

Because of the way you have your signal wiring setup. There's no way for you to not be clipping the crap out of the amp.

What amp is it? Part of my post was a joke, but you definitely need to get a better head unit or line driver or something.
