is there anything better than hydroxycut?

dude... do the atkins diet... its worked wonders for me... just replace majority of ur bread to buns "atkins approved of course"... i lost about 50lbs. in about 6 months... but its kinda expensive... but nothing like eating fried chicken for breakfast... w/ a side of steak..

was taking that and going to the gym and saw some mild weight loss but not much. also dont notice any "energy boost" after taking them.i havent been to the gym for the last 3 weeks bc of work so that might be why im not impressed but...

i remember back when these things had ephedra you would take them and lose weight like it was cool. anything similar?

I use Lipo 6 and go to the gym 5 days a week. Lipo 6, 45 mins of cardio 5 days a week and weight machines every other day 3 days a week. I always eat a healthy diet, well 90% of the time. Gotta splurge every now and then. I went from 202 to 176 in 4 weeks. I was only loosing, on average, about 2 to 3 lbs a week before starting the Lipo 6.

 
Just be sure to know, that with ANY fatburner. It increases your heartrate, DO NOT be stupid and go crazy on the cardio. Keep it mild, you dont need your heart popping.

Yeah ive tried some of this stuff in the past & it still wont do anything unless your diet being spot on and you doing your part.

That's EXTREMELY unhealthy.

Once you get into a regular cycle of losing weight, you shouldn't be losing more then 10 lbs/month.

Depends on the person, chances are more then fat is being lost at that pace. Personally the only thing that ever really worked for me as far as losing fat goes is a 30 day blitz, ease off it (while still eating healthy) for 2-4 weeks and another 30 days (if need be)

It also depends when its done. Ive personally only done that after an injury, or I had already lost a lot of size (sick or a week, ect.)

Ive gotten to that point about 4 times im my life and I dont go below a certain size. This is just what my body does. So at that point, even if I diet and lose weight a lot faster then whats considered normal (20lbs + in a month) I just dont go below a certain size.

Any time ive done this though, I made sure I took in more water then necessary as well as all vitamins, ect. The biggest drawback I felt was getting tired more easily, other then that I felt fine. I still kept to eating "normal" so to speak at least one day a week.

or if you dont mind losing your teeth and going a little bit crazy you can just do crystal. You will lose weight quick.
been down that path and dont want to go back. plus if i got caught the military would have my balls in a jar

beer is probably my bigges enemy. and i cant do the atkins bc ilove carbs too much.
