Im planning running a 250 hcca and a 425 hcca

I don't think it is a bad idea at all to run them, at least do what you have been wanting to do, but do it right. Worst thing can happen is you decide you want to run 2k later and you will be set for it electrically...lol

I thought the 250's were 4 ga power wires..hmm.Dude, it has been 20years since I fooled with one of those dang things that were wired internal...but I know this, the sob will run it's *** off down to 1/4 ohm...I am certain you will need to be able to supply 120-140a running at .5 ohm(1ohm bridged) full tilt.

Ya I have 1 250 hcca that i can run at 1 ohm " i would buy 2 dual 4 ohm " or I have 2 225 hcca I can buy 2 dual 2 ohm and run 1 amp per speaker. I have to see what will work better for the space I have. or I could also not use the 425 hcca and run the 2 225 for mids and highs. thanks for all the help.
