Is it ok to mount amps to a sub box

Ok so I guess its not a good Idea. I dont have much space and I want to see my amps when they are mounted " i dont want under my seat " maybe I can make a new rear panel and have them in there or maybe I could make some sort of false wall around the sub box that doent touch it? I am going to run 2 8" or 1 12" in the back of my 88 mazda cab plus and I have to keep the seat for my kids to go to shows with me. I have a 250 hcca for my subs its abou 22" long then I have a 425 hcca about 24" l;ong or I can run 2 225 hcca I think they are about 12" long I know I could do a 225 on each side then find a way to mount the 250 in front of box somehow. thanks for the help.
