is the re box calculator really this off?

so am i right with it being tuned as low as it is? or is it still in the mid 30s or low 40s?

I use all the different calculators on the12volt.com. Then I make various boxes until I get te desired cubic feet, port area, and port length.

the older version of the re calculator is more accurate. Find it and use that.

well i'm getting that i'm tuned around 28 or 29 which i didn't mean to go that low but i am i guess. i went 11 high 26 wide and 18 deep and the ports 2.25 inches wide and the hole port is 32 inches long

[/QUOTE] theres an L port that goes about 14 more inches off to the right but thank you for all the help and stuff i appreciate it. i'm guessing it's tuned around 30 though since i built it and it hits the lows hard and barely gets the higher notes

Adding a 14 inch L, is going to make the tuning lower.

First of all, the first port wall should be 14.25 long, not 15. If it's 15, then the opening into the chamber is 1.5, and it should be the same as your port width.
