I appreciate your vote of confidence. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifI highly doubt Neil would post something that does not have some soild basis of truth - as nor would I. Not to mention, there are plenty of people here on this fourm that are "in the know" //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
I posted this for a few reasons.
1) I have received phone calls from Kevin with a China phone number and have emails that were forwarded to me....both suggest this is real.
2) One-Magnet is a very real company. It would be rather foolish of them to do this if it weren't true.
3) I have heard this rumour many, many times and increasingly over the last 2 months (along with many others). There are a lot of signs that this is possible.
With that said....only the select group at TC Sounds know for sure what is going on. I don't know exactly how bankruptcy works in the US but my guess is that TC Sounds will declare bankruptcy and suppliers will not get paid, but AudioPulse may continue as usual. Again, that is only a guess as only they can know what's really going on.
Oh, and as far as the "New Coke" argument goes....there is no way this can be good for them other than fixing their debt problems and selling their own drivers. If this is 100% true, I don't think there are many who will be going to them for OEM work as, depending on who you ask, they already have a slightly spoiled reputation. You should try talking to someone at Eclipse about it sometime. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
I, personally, hope it isn't true and that they can resolve any problems they have. But time will tell.
