But who did "New Coke" piss off? Their customers or supplier base?It depends. Think about "New Coke"....a horrible idea that nearly destroyed the company. They are doing okay. I can list several examples where *new management* turned a company around. But I am not into the speaker business. I am thinking it would be a nice conduit as it has hard assets.
Regardless of the fact that Coke enjoys the best brand-name recognition on the planet, pissing off some of your customers is forgiveable. There are always people that are bound to not like you and what you're doing.
