Is Rockville made by Cadence...?

Ive been hearing alot of buzz about the new brand "Rockville". They seem to have solid budget gear, especially for the price. I think the brand is either made by cadence or has the same OEM. Whats funny is rockville is almost half the price. I know softparts could differ, and the magnet looks just a smudge different, judge for yourself...

Hmm. My buddys 15s knock for $120, and hes overpowering them without problems, cant beat em for a budget build honestly. Hes got the k6 series though. Now i can't base my opinion of the entire company's offerings off of one sub, but i dont see how u could go wrong with the subs if you're poor.
