Is my Amp/Subwoofer Setup viable?

Hello All! Thank you for taking the time to read this!

I have purchased a subwoofer (http://www.crutchfield.com/S-kQtvIA8...KFC-W12PS.html) and as well have purchased an Amplifier (http://www.bossaudio.com/auto/car-au...-audio-r1100m/)

Are the power/impedance levels going to be okay on these devices? I don't want to damage anything as i have just purchased all of this equipment.

I know that the gear i have is very cheap in comparison to what i offered on the market, but i am not looking for bone-rattling bass or anything extreme. Just a fuller-sounding bass system than what comes with the stock. I am more concerned with overheating/under-powering.

Url isn't working on the sub link. Take the amp back before you even use it. It's junk. There is a lot more decent well made gear out there that will do the job.

I actually cancelled the order because i did some digging while waiting for the reply. Went with a soundstream with 250 rms @ 4 ohms. The ta.1600 i believe

But regardless of quality, do the numbers work out? I used sonic electronix amplifinder and it was on the list. Im just skeptical because of the reduction in power. Do you think it will power well?
