Is knukonceptz good stuff?

good stuff, but why so many products out of stock?
um, there are 6 items out of stock that I counted. If your looking at the blocks and the "blacked out" add to cart shows, its because you need to add a fuse selection as stated in red on the category page

Jacket split in the middle of the Y? Only way I can see that occuring is from making them extend too wide apart. I know some try to get a 4 channel cable to work on two 2 channel cables and its not designed for that. The new Karma's have longer "legs" to allow more play

How did this occur? not placing blame, want to know for any future revisions if required. We have spare parts if you need them, email and we can get them to you.
No not at the Y just after it. I didn't even have them unrolled yet. Doesn't effect function but **** man I just got em...lol I like em I just don't need em now cuz they are too long.

The distro is held together by the fuse. That pissed me off. I snugged the fitting just as the other 3 and that one busted the foot off where the fuse mounts. I tried to put it back together and the holes are junk they dont take threads. That was first time tools were on it. The plastic film is STILL on it.

I did E Mail for some more compression fittings for 1/0 and well that didn't get me anywhere either. I was gonna go all KNU cuz I need plenty more but I'm not dealing with this kind of stuff. I don't have time to wait for parts let alone I'm squeezing in the project too.

Out of everything I ordered the Ground Distro did good and the subwoofer cables are good. The battery terminals are decent also.

i never doubted the design, but it horribly inconvienent to use the compression fittings over simpler methods. if these fittings were the case then why do amps use bare wire allen screw hold downs? surely if there was a beneficial connection with the fittings id imagine the amps to adapt it, but that is surely not the case.

i still love your wire bill, it amazing stuff, infact i just ordered another 260$ worth of wire, but i think u guys should reconsider a different route when the hardware comes up for some redevelopement.

mike-

when i had an issue with my entry level terminals i was basically told it was my battery although i used 3 different batterys with the same results. Then i was told to take a digital caliper to measure them. I dont have a digital caliper, and honestly dont feel a need to go buy one in order to measure a product i had an issue with.

I have the eK RCA's they work great, and i have the Krystal RCA's and they work great as well, but because of how my experience was with the battery terminals i've personally decided not to purchase wire or ny other product form them.

never had a problem with any of thier stuff

Im sure any company has problems like this.

it just seems like a lot becasue its all on one page.

I bet if you looked at all of knu's customers almost all would be happy

i thought id ask here since its about knu wiring kit, i wanna order the 1/0 kit but do not know what fuse i should go with, im running 2 amps and about 1000 watts RMS. what u guys think?

Knu is great, I order all my wiring and accessories from them.

Just got some 1/0 fleks cable that I'm installing soon, very flexible stuff.

and to 99grandprixgt - get a 300amp fuse for the 1/0 gauge.

agreed, and take care of the people with a current problem
You have yet to email/post any measurement. I have a feeling your not installing the terminal all the way down on the post. A battery post is tapered so is our terminal(to match the post). Since I have no information, I cant help. But I'll speculate as you tighten the terminal in might "walk" up the post of the battery. Unscrew the allen set screw completely and twist the terminal onto the post.

Wrench guy - are you saying the RCA's came like that out of the box?

I spent about 5 minutes trying to break the holder, and by squeezing/prying one I could not. Which block and output was it on. Each output has two screws and they go through 3/16" plastic

theothermike - amp's wont use the design because they dont need to allow for multiple gauges into the amp. By usingthe fittings, it makes for endless options that you cant get with a set screw block. Like everything though, there is good enough and then there is better. I think our design is the "better" but yes it does take more time to install.

I honestly don't know. I unwrapped them, set them on the shelf. I didn't see it til I plugged em in so I didn't make a stink about it.

I'm not really dissing the product I know everyone has a gremlin. If the stuff is this good your pinching pennies somewhere. If your making money off the Kable so be it but I can't screw around its one time stuff. I pick my stuff ahead of time so I dont have to change it. I picked Knu upon reviews. I know what I'm putting in and what I need to put it in. The reason I'm not using the RCA's now is because I went stealth instead.

Use 10-32 on the distro blocks. Kinda big but hell those little screws are worthless. If they were powder coated you wouldn't need to cover them with tape either. Just a little integration is necessary.
