I don't actually have to. Anyone that knows anything about amplifiers knows you're wrong. Bass Boost is a single band eq on the input of the amplifier. If you modify the input, OBVIOUSLY you're going to modify the output. If you turn the single band eq up 6 db, you have modified the input signal and i will come out +6 db at that frequency. This means at that frequency your power output has doubled twice. Unless you're going to make a video there is no use in arguing. This is how amps work. You're simply incorrect. The only way you got the same reading with and without the bass eq plugged in was the frequency it was centered at was quite a ways away from the tone you were playing when you measured.

Amplifiers put out AC voltage on the output side and get DC voltage from your battery when you watch a sub flex image it as a sine wave... ive used this analogy to explain how AC power works or looks to alot of people
