Is 4awg enough for my setup?

I'm thinking about adding a 2nd amp to my setup to run my components because my HU is just not putting out enough power, the mids begin to pop at around 2/3 volume.

I have a jbl px600.2 pushing 2 12w3s, running at about 650rms bridged.

I'm thinking about adding a us acoustics amp that pushes about 85x4 rms. I have to rewire my whole system anyway and wanted to know if 4 gauge wiring amp kit is enough from battery or do I need to go 1/0?
