Iraggi Alt doesn't put out at idle?

Good point. I didn't even notice that. Your alt is performing as-is. 13.5 volts isn't a killer - you're still not running on your battery heavily until you hit the 12s (which would indicate your alt isn't giving any power when idling and not playing music). Since you're getting mid-13s your alt is giving power at idle.

In your situation, you're fine. If you want a higher voltage than mid-13s at idle, which isn't necessary, then get in touch with Iraggi about a smaller pulley, but as-is the alt is not defective.

It's EA with the shed, but that doesnt mean anything

the important thing to keep in mind is that EA doesn't own a machine to test the alternators that he sells to his consumers, so he is only giving a guess/estimate as to what the alternator will put out at idle, as well as its full potentional

Is your system installed? The most important part isn't how high the voltage is with HO alts, but how much current they put out. Does the voltage drop alot less now with your new alternator? When I bought my Iraggi alt for my Scion xB the voltage was 0.2V less at idle, but it was rock solid at full system volume versus dropping 1.5 volts or more with the stock alt.
my iraggi alt has worse voltage drops at full tilt

what kind of cell phone do you have?
a piece of shit. (my phone went swimming in teh gulf, so i got my moms old phone. Samsumg SGH-X497 ftmfl)

went to AZ yesterday. dude was a fckin tard but from what i could gather it put down 318a @~2000-2500 rpm. thats what the machine said anyway. and this is a 200a alt. or thats what i bought it as.

How did he test it exactly? Places like Autozone usually can't accurately do a load test on an HO alt. You have to take it to a shop that builds alts and has a bench load tester. For this you have to remove the alt from your vehicle.

That's not going to accurately determine what your alt can output. Your alt doesn't give amperage to your car until there is a demand for it. So unless you had your volume as loud as you could with a 30-50Hz tone that made your voltage drop to the 12s, you couldn't get the actual output of your alt. I believe the issue you still have with this, though, is that the battery will provide the amperage the alt can't give and it'll look like your alt is giving that amperage. That's why the only accurate way is on a bench tester that loads the alt with an amperage requirement and no battery is connected to the alt.

The fact that their machine got 300+ amps means something is completely screwed up with their machine or the way the guy connected/tested it. Are you positive he placed the loop clamp over the negative? I thought it should be on the positive.

Autozone does have the proper machine to give you an estimate of your alternator puts out at idle/full tilt. They do place a HUGE load on your alternator, which makes your alternator work at its best. I took it to autozone, buddy of mine works there, so we took our time and here were my results for my 200amp alt:
