iPhone people... need help with parts.

Case and shit is cracking for no reason. I never dropped it or anything. I read about the cases cracking and that it's a defect. They're telling me the lab will just call it accidental and charge me 299 for a new phone....

Everytime I call... I get the same stupid bullshit. "The warranty doesn't cover accidental damage." I never dropped the phone... "But the cosmetic damage isn't covered" I asked about the Diy parts... "Well if the lab finds it to be accidental you will be charged for a new phone"

I'm just frustrated out of my mind right now.
