when you open msn messenger and the pic displays on your screen hit the button on your keyboard that says prnt scrn
then open up paint and press ctrl v to paste it in there. save it wherever you would like

should be able to zoom. or open it in windows photo gallery. save the image to desktop. open it up after that and u should be able to crop it(this is with vista)
