Well i wanna buy one.

I see buch of adds for unlocked ones that will take any GSM carrier sim cards.

So im not wooried about those. Coz all u gotta do just buy & use them as far as i understand. Right?

My question is bout 3g iPhones. If you buy them fromapple stores. What kind of fees non AT&T purchaser will be facing? (activation, plan).

Again idea is to use it with T-Mobile.

You're not understanding...you have to activate with AT&T. Nobody else has the iphone. They are trying to stop all of the unlocked iphones being used on other carriers. So you must sign up with at&t and start a contract for 2 years.

they have been trying that for a while now.

so i guess i wont be able to buy it right away. but sit and wait till smbdy starts selling unlocked one?
