lol .. if u still use ice trays to make icecubes, just sprinkle salt in the trays when u make ice cubes.

i've had that happen almost exaclty as u said, minus the driving part, i woke up in the early morning, and it started in my calves, and then my forearms.....it scared the fk outta me.....make sure u stretch also, after working out....release some of the acids that are built up in ur muscles.
