I've never had my whole body do it... but back in highschool when I had weightlifting class everyday my freshman and sophomore year I'd have it happen to one part of my body.... very rarely. Like, just my arm would lock/tense up... or just my calf/leg. I'd drink lots of fluids, and something lie Gatorade G2 (low calorie)... while you workout.
