Am I going to die?

I've never had my whole body do it... but back in highschool when I had weightlifting class everyday my freshman and sophomore year I'd have it happen to one part of my body.... very rarely. Like, just my arm would lock/tense up... or just my calf/leg. I'd drink lots of fluids, and something lie Gatorade G2 (low calorie)... while you workout. And make sure you take care of your body while you punish it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif nG

Don't smoke crack.

Eat your veggies.

Take a supplement.

Eat your salts. Salt is only a bad thing if you use too much.

As a weightlifter/powerlifter of 12 some odd years, I have had my excitement with twitches and strange contractions.

Most annoying are the eyelid, or areas around thereof.

Fun ones are quads and hams. Makes my whole body move, or jump.

I've been told several times it's potassium imbalance. Never heard of something as extreme as your situation before.. yikes!
