interface connector, delco bose

The alternator noise comes from the two bose rear speakers when the RCA's are hooked up to the pioneer deck. When the RCA's are hooked up to the interface connector RCA outputs the alternator noise comes from the bose speakers in the doors.HELP PLEASE
