if there is anyone who is selling an amp of 1000watts or more im lookin for one to push 2 15" L7 solo's.....im really lookin for a rockford bd1500 or 2 bd1000's.....if anyone can help out let me know

What I would do is find the cheapest price and go either to the zeb or sounddomain and use the price beat option and get the lowest price all around..You gotta love when they do that.
