I have 1 15 re sx dual 2. i need help designing a spl box!!! im thinkin subs up ports back but dont know what size to build the box!!! 2.5, 3.0 or a bigger box? what yall think would be better a smaller enclosure? ne help would be great

SXs do pretty well in about 3 cubes. I would say 3 cubes tuned to 55hz or so would work pretty well for competition purposes. My '99 integra hatch peaks around 58-61hz.

also im using 4 inch aere ports how many should i use? i was thinking of using 2

I have pics of my daily setup but it's nothing special, in fact it's pretty jacked right now. My grill got busted when I switched enclosures and my current enclosure isn't really attached to the car very much. It's safe enough if I got in an accident but it moves slightly. I also mountain bike frequently so my gear is always coming in or out of my car.

It's hard to see and hard to get a shot of but the port fires to the driver's side. It wasn't as loud in the low end when I did sub up port back but that is how I plan on building my spl enclosure.

That one is 30.5" wide, 15" tall, and 16.5" deep. It is 3 cubic feet tuned to 29hz with about 27sqin of port area and the port is about 22" long if I remember correctly.

you should really use 3 or 4 4" ports, if round is what your going to use
