anyone know how to fix this problem?

trying to install spectrum analyzer pro and it says

c:/windows/system32/autoexec.nt. The system file is n.ot suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'close' to terminate application

i have win xp pro SP 2
