install on 4runner

Hey guy's was wondering if you can help me out. my friend has a 98 toyota 4runner suv. And what i was wondering is how do u got bout pulln off the dash i mean i think i kno how to do it just dont want to do it wrong ya know. he just wants me to throw a cheap cd player in there for em and he's gonna pay me 2 do it so thats good.

i have one just try and disconnect some tabs under the steering wheel area then follow the tabs around. like most any dashes. good luck

that's what i thought to man . but the center console in the center where the floor shifter is. covers the top dash piece that is what i was wondering really how i would take that off.

get in there and look for screws or clips, start by pulling the knee panel then go from there.
