would a run of 2/0 welding wire from front to back be sufficient? and then using 2 runs of cca in the trunk from battery to amp..?

So now im on my account about the install... what were you running for wire?

How many runs though? their saying one run of CCA isn't sufficient

it uses 2 power/2ground just like any bigger amp with the same output.

you'll need two grounds from amp and 2 powers going to amp.

i'd try for at least 2 or more.. im sure you could get away with one if you had it turned down a pretty big lot or used it at a much higher ohm load.

but 2 for sure.

a single 2/0 run would be better. then 2 runs of each 1/0 off the battery. For my aa 500.1 im running 2 runs of 2/0 welding cable for power and 2 for ground. Id say run 1 run of 2/0 for each ground and power. CCA has a higher resistance and will get you a lower voltage. Its a nice cheap alternative but if you want the best out of your amp then give it the best. Why buy such a nice amp then feed it cheap wire? Its like buying a ferrari and putting 87 in it lol.

Well I found a deal on one run of 2/0, could I use a run of CCA with it? since I already have it? or would it be pointless? and do you mean 2 seperate runs the whole length of the car or 2 seperate from kinetik to amp?

run a 2/0 off the battery for both ground and power (1/0 OFC if you must) to the kinetic then the runs of 1/0 to the amps. You might be able to use the CCA from the kinetic to the amp since its such a short run. But still id rather use OFC all the way ya know

yup thats pretty much it. But dont ground the second battery in back youll get the ground from the front battery.
