Info on my Sub

yea im a newbie right now when it comes to audio systems and all.... i just purchased a visonik 12in 400 watt sub and a 350 watt amp.... the only problem is i cant find anywhere on what the sensitivty is on the sub and the frequncy so i can adjust the amp properally. anyone have an idea?? i buaght this off a friend, he got off ebay, was amp sub and wiring kit for 110$.
