Infinity 12d vq box help/ amp problems

i have two 12 inche infinity kippa perfects, with the dvq, each is being power by the infinity 611a amps. As of right now i have them in a vented box, created a lot of bass, nothing compared to when i had a sealed set up going. I not sure what type of box is going to be the best set up, i want to keep my sq, and 2 12 isgood for me. Some sub is hitting harder than the other, one of the infinity 611a is newer than the other, and one sub is just been replaced. ethir way both subs are created and 2 ohm load,or 1,8 for the older one. could the different in having one amp newer than the other make a large differents, the gains are set equall on both of the amps.

What are the specs on the box. If you want it to be the loudest, remove the inserts and see how it sounds.
