Emails aren't considered proof because they can be doctored. All paypal will do is ask the seller to provide tracking that they sent you an item and thats it. Case will be closed.

basically if you buy unauthorized... be prepared to deal with the manufacture directly and pay out of pocket for repairs should something go wrong.
