Kicker wouldn't be the high quality company they are today without the oustanding customer service of Spider Monkey and his staff in the service department. just like when i sent it back i asked for a rma# they said ohh give us some time to give u one when one becomes avaible then we give it to u after saying wtf never heard of that then they said ok send the amp

if possibly just get a refund for me spider it would be greatly appreciated

i love kicker products and the customer service just not indioaudio hha
