I had a bad amp from them i ordered, so i sent it back to them for them to send it to kicker to get it fixed, they told me kicker has had it since the 13th and they still have had it i dont believe that. so what should i do becuase all they keep saying is still pending by kicker should i file a claim with paypal or what because i can prove i sent it back to them and pove they said they have it.

I though standard practice was, if you recieve an item DOA, that they will send you a "new" one. The one you send back, they deal with

I will be pissed if I ordered something and it didn't work, then had to wait until it got reparied.

yea i am

the amp it wouldnt do the power it was supposed to it was a zx1500 i had no voltage drop or nothing hooked up wrong i had a shop tech thats a friend of mine hook it up for me had never below 13.5volts and i needed around 54volts all it would do it 46. once i truned ut up frather on the gain the volts would start decreasing.

i told them i wanted one to replace it and they keep that amp and do w/e with it and they said for me to calm down blah blah u know a line of bs so should i file a paypal calim with them or what because they havent responded to my emails either lately

i didnt search until after buying so should i call kicker to ask if they even received the amp or wat because they have my 400 bucks and i have nothing

i purcahsed it from indoaudio they told me kicker had it since the 13th

they said their distrubtior is handling it

so how should i go bout this should i file a pp claim or what
