If you harass them enough, indo will eventually probably give you something... but it will take 6-8 months and you will have to threaten them with everything you can think of.

I would start with threatening to call the local police department where they are located.

Beware of a member named polecat though. He is a known scammer who has misrepresented himself as a kicker associate before. Just like inodaudio tries to act like an authorized kicker dealer.
