Individual Blame vs System Blame - Any movies ?

Are there any good movies/documentaries that uses a lot of individual/system blames?

I'm doing an extra credit assignment (4-5 page essay dbl space analyzing a movie for individual and system blames).

For example, people in America might blame that obesity is because of mc donalds and the 'system'. And the system may blame the cause of obesity is because of the individuals not exercising.

Anyhow, my job is to watch a movie/documentary and point out what I find and explain to what the other blamer would argue.
