You have no idea, how much stuff around the shop doesn't work and it's been that way for awhile. Kendra at SBN put her cell by the Warden and it almost ate it - as soon as the screen starting turned colors I grabbed it. We've lost wrenches and screwdrivers and all kinds of stuff of other stuff.

When I'm at a hotel at a show and I go to the desk onces a day to get my room key reprogrammed they get pi**ed....
