From What I can recall... a few are
That hifonics sub that was coming out that was supposed to be WICKED.... Hit The Dirt...

I remember a while back the new DP's were gonna own the SPL lanes...... uumm not even close

The good ol MD subs.... Hit the dirt..

And so far the SMD sub.... is sniffin the dirt

Uh the DP's are in there buddy, iamamp3pimp has a pair of 18's and is doing very well. I dont know what your talking about?

Just to clarify, the hifonics sub IS a beast. A few of them are out there. However, hifonics got into a legal battle over the design of the sub which put it on hold, maybe permanently. I don't really know.

The SMD sub isn't even out yet, so how can it be in the dirt already?

Thats what my PMs were about and also my email to nick. I wanted to see how this sub would actually perform and what gains we could see from going to a neo setup. I have 9 boxes, a controlled humiditiy and temp room, sound card, O-scope, and all the RTA software I can handle.

First off, I've never fluffed my own product or hyped it up. Take a look around here on caraudio.com at other companies that are here and what there doing. My post count is usually related to answering questions and replying to questions about my products. I'm not so sure you can say that about many of the other companies here. Do a search and look up some of the other brands here and tell me I'm lying? Where is the hype? Sure, I'm here and posting as questions are being asked - but did I start this post? No, I didn't.

As far as the DP's - I've never said anything about them owning the lanes and why would I since I knew we had an SPL driver coming? As far as daily driving woofers I think the DP's are some of the better units out there. Look around and you tell me. Hype has always been a no no at IA....Where do you think the No BS comes from? Hype is something that is manufactured and I certainly have did nothing of the such.

You want results and you will get them - keep in mind we just started shipping these things 3 days ago in a week or two you will have fedback. I've told everyone in email or on the phone to post results and they will. We've got Todd on here who is going to doing a DP to WN change - there is one test. Another who is going to 3 WN 15's from 3 DP 15's. Beau on here went from BTL's to DP's with a gain, Robin is on here and did a switch and the list goes on and on. Charles Estes went from MT's to DP's and gained and is in line for WN 18's. That list is just what I can come up with now.

Due time my man it will happen. We've been here 7 years now and we aren't going no where. You will get your results.

There are several reasons I'm not interested in these tests. One, being the fact that we don't get the product back. Two, we do alot of own testing and these results would just be results we aready have. Three, I can't be there to see the test as they happen. Four, the timing is wrong with so many other things on my plate.

So maybe next time, but thanks for considering us.

There are several reasons I'm not interested in these tests. One, being the fact that we don't get the product back. Two, we do alot of own testing and these results would just be results we aready have. Three, I can't be there to see the test as they happen. Just to set things straight, but im not trying to argue with you.

1. All products are being shipped back to the companies. And I mean ALL.

2. I know you do R&D but this gives you exact side by side testing to the competition. Kinda helps back up the whole, talk is cheap thing. Also I have as controlled of an environment as possible to make the tests as accurate as possible.

3. I have a world finals judge and several members on hand to verify the tests.

4. It consists of 10 minutes of printing a shipping label and sticking it on the sub box.

Not trying to argue with ya at all Nick, its just that Sundown, RD, T3, Ultra and Evo had no issues with it, and I can promise you this will be a one time thing on my part. As I have all ready about 50 hours into this project with several thousands of dollars in equipment and I assure you I wont see a thing for it cept maybe a few thank yous.
