In a dilemma, need some help please

My girlfriend and I are planning on attending LSU this coming fall semseter, but I'm not sure if my girlfriend will be let in. She is extremely smart and has a high GPA, but the bad thing is, is that she doesn't do well with standardized test.

The problem is, is that well she recieved her new ACT scores today, and only went up one point, which is a 19, and she is afraid that LSU won't admit her to the college. We will be calling them Tuesday to talk to them about what she can do, but I was wondering if anyone could offer some advice. Maybe letters of reccomendations from her teachers or something like that? Any help would be much appreciated.
