I'm looking for a good 5 channel amp...and a question.

I've been trying to find a "nice" 5 channel to put in my 350Z and have been leaning towards a US amps. Have seen some here, but a question...are the new US amps, i.e. the '09 (AX5600 model on ebay for example) versions, as good or the same quality as the older versions or should I look to the "older" models? Also, if anyone knows of others available I would love to know of any for sale (I've been watching the classifieds) Thanks.
