I'm inFInitely Baffled.

there are a lot more than what njbass has //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

imo - his front stage is quite aggressive. i like it //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif tons of midbass and easily enough volume. my midbass is way more mellow than his but about as loud. its hard to elaborate on the highs because they are completely different ends of the spectrum and my horns are currently un-eq'd because im lazy.

but i like the edge i hear when listening to those dyn 8's.

cant wait to hear them focals when i pass through nj around december. it will be interesting. hopefully he can get some other audio buddies that he has to listen to both cars with the same material and give us some third party observations.

Is that peal and seal on your roof???

meh. all i need is blue and black and im set. so no biggie. but thanks for the linkie.

and james, as far as the power wire goes, just ziptie it to the bundle of wires on its left. thats what we did with gcadiddas' camry. works like a charm...

will do.

x2 on the liquid stuff over the mat. That's kind of why i went with this cheapo stuff i got from HD. I'm using the cheap stuff on my rear door panels right now. I'm like the energizer bunny on meth tonight.

I see lots of good stuff on that list of yours. Make sure to make a thread w/ a bunch of pictures 'cause I need to learn how to make my own RCAs. That's the only way to go if one wants to have some sexy wire management.

after registering to diyma and checking out those install threads.. i had to step up my game... but still i'll probably never get up to that level, partly because i'm too broke.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

I think I might just leave it how it is...

The vent was an air vent. When i had my ported box in the trunk you can hear the vent flapping due to the pressure. It had a rubber layer to allow air to escape but not enter the trunk
sounds like the same type of vent that mine is. How did you seal it off?
