Im In The Market For A New Sub

alright guys, since my 12" re se seems to be taking a shit on me, im possibly in the market for a new sub. im running a directed audio 1500d mono amp and looking for a sub can handle the power from that amp. the amp does Rated Power @ 2 ohm: 800 x 1 and Rated Power @ 1 ohm: 1200 x 1. i had my amp set properly w/ a multimeter but not sure what happened to my se since i read a lot of reviews that the se can handle 800wrms. so guys chime in w/ you suggestions.

guessing i should have mentioned that im looking for a 12" that will perform good in my present box. 2.3 cu ft slot port tuned to 32hz.

no one has any suggestions? looking for something that plays well w/ not only rap but metal w/ lots of double bass drumming.

huh, how bought a RE SX. maybe give RE a shout tell em whats up and maybe they can give u a hookup. the SX is a dual 2ohm unit and is rated for 1000watts so it would be perfect. also look into the FI Q or the BL both the RE and FI subs will work well in your curant box
